Are you able to watch much of the race on TV?

We can view some parts on Eurosport... but the whole race isn´t broadcasted as 1 piece.....

I found a picture of the 2003 RfH car.
As you can see, quite a lot of people bought their part on it...
(notice the Hup Holland Hup decal on the windsplitter on the front....)




Seems like Ebbro is on the car.... so the model should be acurate!

Unless you've got MotorsTV, 24 hours full live race and more than 24 hours extra live ppictures of qualifiyng and other stuff

Thanks for your kind words fish88. The green Olive Garden 550 was purchased from an eBay vendor. It was sold by the wife of the gentleman who runs a model building company called AutoBarn located in California. To the best of my knowledge, only Autobarn releases this ALMS racer but my car did not come with the typical Autobarn base (some people call it "plinthe" instead of base). I am not quite sure why that is, perhaps the quality was not a high as what they need to put the brand Autobarn on it?? The FIA GT car was alo purchased from the same eBay vendor. It, however has a mistake since the wheels should be silver, not gold. One day when I have some time, I want to correct that problem.

I started off collecting diecasts in 1:18 scale only for nearly 3 years until I started running out of modern (I focus mostly on 1995 and newer) endurance race car models to buy. Abotu a year and a hlaf ago, I started noticing there were some really cool cars like the Nissan R390 that were made by Onyx in 1:43. Although the level of detail is not as good when you consider today's manufacturing standards, it's still a cool car! That started my journey into 1:43. Like you say ferrariboy, there are SO many more race cars available in this scale than 1:18!! I can see that mroe and more into the future, I will be just buying 1:43 and probably less than 3 1:18 each year.
