idd ben benieuwd naar de foto´s van deze schitterende BMW

De achterlichten v.d. M5 kloppen niet, maar ja.

Allebij mooie modellen en die groene is wel de topper van de twee vind ik.

Toch een net M5 modelletje Achterlichten zou jezelf kunnen proberen te herstellen. De Groene is een pracht klassiek BMWtje

I would have taken the M5 from NEO instead the one from Del Prado. It just does not look that right to me

At the time i bought the M5 i wasn't that interested in scale 1:43 so i bought this one for little money just to have an M5. I haven't made up my mind about what scale to focus on yet (for one year and a half or so... ) At first i wanted stricktly scale 1:18 when i seriously started collecting but now it's a little bit easier for me to buy an 1:43 because of the sky-rocketing prices even though it's the same story for this scale offcourse. You can understand my point of view. I'm not planning to buy NEO's BMW because of this one. I'll try to fix the rear lights of it in time (smoke look or all red to make it easy for my self).

Thanks for the comment on the Ruf too (pronounced as Roef in german right?)!

een mooie BMW update,

die groene herken dan weer uit vervlogen tijden in 1:1 volgens mijn herinnering zat ik toen in 525 op de achterbank en was de wagen in bruin/geel/oker kleurig.

Ps. het overschilderen kan toch ook lukken door eerst, zilver te verven, en daarna dat doorschijnde rood en oranje van Tamiya, gaat wel goed komen denk ik zo.

Alois RUF is the owner and founder of the company so its just a surname.

I have been collecting 1/43 for seven years.
Then I got into the world of scale 18 in feb. 2007 and this will be my future.
Sure the prices are rising but somehow I buy much less than I bought in scale 43.

This is only to be reckognised by dutch people, sorry . I know that Ruf is Ruf in German. If we say "roef" it sounds exactly like Ruf. Dutch people learn how to pronounce it this way. I'll get back ontopic Alois is the man, that's for sure. I know what you mean about buying less models when you're collecting scale 1:18. I'm just foolin' myself a little i suppose.
