What do you think of the composite bodies? The metallic paints look a bit better, but they still look odd and a bit cheap if you ask me. I assume they need to take a more flexibel paint and that's the reason why they can't use what they did in the past, but I wish they wouldn't need to change.

Back to the models, you bought that great Vanquish and the best Vette Z color

I think you don´t see that they are composite but you can feel it.

But in the end the models have still great details to offer and thats the aspect that counts the most

I don't mind feeling, it's the looking part that is important

But if I look at both Astons, you have a great example over there, you can see clearly that the One-77 has a more gloss look. The flakes are also a bit different. The composite body can also let some light true the back, as it's no resin or metal. That could also change the look of it of course.
It's still good for the details, but the paintjob defins a whole lot for a (model)car as well. For now I choose resin over plastic composite. Apart from the chance of braking, resin is stronger and it has thicker and better paintjobs like a diecast model.
So I really hope Autoart will do a better job on this stuff soon. Or go back to diecast, even better

I haven't seen these composite series from AA in daylight, so I can't judge but I think if you have to choose between the opening bits with a composite body and a resin body with better paint it is sometimes more pleasant to have the opening bits with the extra detail...

All of these models are a symbol for the resin wave.
I´m not sure if we would have ever seen the AMG or the Alpina
in diecast all open.

The Pug maybe from Norev but they also did not make one
and they had a lot of time to do so.

I´m very happy with them and I´m looking forward to more
"familiy-members" like a Pug 605 or so

I love the 406 coupe, but I wish OttoMobile had used the pre-facelft front on the 406 coupe.
I hope they will still release a 406 coupe as how Pininfarina designed the front

Great combinations you acquired!
The S124 300 TE AMG fits perfectly with the C126 560 SEC, typical 80's-style.
The 405 Mi16 is nice together with the 309 GTI16 in the same Magnum Grey.
The E31 is already quite increased in value, my choice would be the 850 CSi.

Personally I chose resin Otto/Gt-S over Norev open or closed bodies, most of them aren't that fine at details and those two resin brands do their jobs really well!

Like the fact you show us the two BMW's, I'm glad I've chosen the B12! what a great thing!
Also like the black AMG beasts, must be a nice line-up when number three arives

I´m happy that OttO made these possible and yeah a series 1 406 Coupé
would be a cool one. Time will tell.
