Mmmm Exoto heeft Ferrari weer eens achter zich aan en hebben een rechtszaak aan de broek hangen over de nabetaling van licentiefees

RE: Ferrari SpA vs. Exoto
On February 12, 2008 Ferrari S.p.A. filed a motion in the Federal Court in Los Angeles,
seeking to enforce a settlement agreement, into which it had entered with Exoto Inc. in 2000, in
connection with then pending litigation. By this motion, Ferrari seeks an Order:
i) enjoining Exoto from the manufacture, sale and offering for sale of miniature replicas of
FERRARI automobiles or any other replicas bearing a Ferrari’s trademark;
ii) directing Exoto to destroy all such miniature replicas in its possession, custody or control
before a representative of Ferrari;
iii) directing Exoto to provide the Court and Ferrari with an accounting for all sales of such
miniature replicas; and
iv) directing Exoto to pay Ferrari all profits originating from the sale of such miniature
replicas that took place after December 15, 2001.
The motion was initially scheduled to be heard on March 10, 2008 but because the Judge
become ill the hearing has been adjourned until April 21, next.

Niets vermelden hier als je een Exoto Ferrari hebt, anders krijg je een brief dat je hem moet vernietigen onder toezicht van een Ferrari afgevaardigde
