Encarta Dictionary
Aston Martin's V12 Vanquish has been the British company's flagship from it's introduction in 2001 through to retirement in 2007. It was the official James Bond car in Die Another Day. It is the last of the hand-built Astons.

Under new management and part of the Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin found the DB7 had the company on the road to profitability for the first time in many years.
The DB7 was a good car, but with the all-new V12 Vanquish the small firm from Gaydon, England suddenly had a bonafied GT supercar on offer. The brilliant new coupe and the Hollywood connection propelled Aston Martin to the top of the "cool" list. Aston Martin was back!

Exoto's Vanquish in grand 1:18 scale -- the first release in our new Gran Turismo collection of famous GTs -- is a tribute to this phenomenal coupe.
